Hydrofiltrr Returns and Refunds Policy

Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality, and the failure does not amount to a major failure. These statutory rights apply regardless of anything below.
Change of Mind Returns
We offer a 30-day change of mind return policy for unused, unopened products in original packaging with proof of purchase. Contact us at hello@hydrofiltrr.com within 30 days of delivery to start a return.
You are responsible for return shipping costs (we recommend tracked postage). Once received and inspected, we'll issue a full refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping fees). Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.
Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, contact us immediately at hello@hydrofiltrr.com with photos. We'll arrange a free return, replacement, or full refund (including shipping costs) at our discretion.
